The AC system uses the engine power, so if your vehicle is in EV mode then the engine will stop running and won’t power the air-conditioning.

These fuses help protect components of a car from a power surge and even though it might just have to be replaced, if the AC fuse continues to pop then it’s likely there’s a larger issue. There’s also the possibility that the vehicle’s AC Compressor is affected by a low amount of AC refrigerant or a possible leak that has to be looked at.

When your AC is producing cold air into your vehicle, it has to place all the moisture it’s used from outside and flows down the evaporator drain pipe. One more cause might be the AC Refrigerant amount being too low which leads to the evaporator coils freezing up and an overflow of condensation. You should also have an eye out for faulty seals in the AC compartment or the air-conditioning’s air filters if the problem continues to occur.
